Bu çalışma, genç bireylerin tarım sektörüne yönelik kavramsal algılarının eğitim temelli bir müdahale ile nasıl dönüştüğünü analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, 2025 yılında Antalya’da düzenlenen “Yeni Nesil Tarım Hareketi” programına katılan, yaş ortalaması 16 olan 65 kadın katılımcı üzerinde ön test–son test deseni ve kelime çağrışım testi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler frekans ve yüzde dağılımları ile analiz edilmiş, kavramsal farklılıkların istatistiksel anlamlılığı ki-kare bağımsızlık testi ile değerlendirilmiş ve etki büyüklüğü Cramer’s V katsayısı ile ölçülmüştür. Bulgular, eğitim öncesinde tarım ve ilişkili kavramların büyük ölçüde üretim, emek ve fiziksel unsurlar çerçevesinde algılandığını göstermektedir. Eğitim sonrasında ise tarım; ekosistem, sürdürülebilirlik, dijitalleşme ve girişimcilik gibi daha bütüncül ve teknoloji odaklı bir yapı çevresinde konumlandırılmıştır. Ki-kare analiz sonuçları tüm kavramlar için istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar ortaya koyarken (p<0.001), Cramer’s V değerleri bu dönüşümün küçük ile orta düzey arasında değişen ancak sistematik bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Elde edilen bulgular, eğitim müdahalesinin katılımcıların bilişsel yapılarında anlamlı ve yapısal bir dönüşüm yarattığını ortaya koymaktadır. Tarımın yalnızca bir üretim faaliyeti olmanın ötesinde aynı zamanda teknoloji, inovasyon ve girişimcilik ekseninde konumlanan stratejik bir sektör olarak farklı bir bakış açısı kazandığını göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak çalışma, tarım sektöründe nitelikli insan kaynağının geliştirilmesinde algı dönüşümünün kritik rolünü vurgulamakta ve eğitim temelli yaklaşımların gençlerin sektöre entegrasyonunda etkili bir politika aracı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
